Shipping & Delivery:
Orders are usually processed within 2-4 days so that your products are fresh, and shipped once payment is processed, Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Due to the handmade nature of these products, large or unique orders may take longer. We suggest you order early if you have a specific need by date. Also, color may vary slightly due to being handmade. If you have any concerns with your package, please notify me immediately.
Payment Policy:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, check or money order as a method of payment. We happily accept orders from all over the world, but please be aware that there is a 10% surcharge for payment via international Visa or MasterCard (credit cards issued by non-US banks) to cover the added fees charged to us by the bank for processing. In the event your check is returned to me for any reason, you will be charged $25.00. No further orders will be shipped until your account is cleared. Furthermore all orders placed after that will be cash or credit card only.
Final Order Invoice Amount Calculation:
Once we receive your order, we will provide you with an all-inclusive total via email or text. Florida Residents will be required to pay sales tax (based on county of residence), and we add shipping and handling to your order based on actual size and weight.
Wholesale/Quantity Discount:
We are happy to offer a quantity discount of 10% on minimum orders of $300, and a 15% discount on orders of $1000 or more.
Return Policy:
For hygiene and shelf-life reasons we are unable to accept returns or requests for exchanges on soap products. All soap sales are final. Any other products such as skin salve, body cream, bubble bath or bath salts can only be returned if unopened due to hygienic reasons. Also, if products are custom-made-to-order, we can not take them back.
Damaged Shipment:
If your soap product is defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all shipping materials and do not use the product. Damages must be reported to UPS (or the carrier specified by you) and Elements Design Collection immediately. Inspect all packages at the time of receipt. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged make sure the driver noted this fact on the delivery sheet. You should then immediately contact UPS or USPS (or the carrier specified by you) so that they can inspect the shipment. Once a package has been signed for it is assumed the package was delivered in good order. If a return is authorized, it must be packed in the original manner. If damage occurs on return because of inadequate packaging no credit will be issued.
Concealed Damage:
If there is damaged merchandise when you unpack the order follow these instructions: 1. Save the original carton and all packing material. 2. Call UPS and inform them of your damaged shipment. They will send an inspector to inspect your package. 3. Call Elements Design Collection and I will start processing your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise if UPS does not inspect the package.
About the Soap:
I am often asked if natural soap lasts long. With handmade or ANY soap, how long it lasts depends on how you use it. If you use any soap as a scrubbing tool, your soap won't last long. Use a washcloth, sponge, or loofah to rub soap onto your skin and it will last longer. Natural handmade soap contains NONE of the chemicals commercial soaps use to make them last, so you feel no residues on your skin following bathing. You are also far less likely to need moisturizers as a result especially due to the glycerin properties! Many of the soaps smell good enough to eat, but please do not ingest. For external use only. Be sure to monitor your children using these soaps who may be be prone to tasting them.
